Our ranch
is located in Flower Mound, Texas. There is a mound (since there
are few hills in this part of Texas) that has been preserved as
original prairie. In the spring this mound is covered with a variety
of wild flowers.
We first met
alpacas in the summer of 2004 and immediately fell in love with
them. We have been researching the alpaca life style ever since.
We purchased our first alpaca in August and four more in December.
The arrival of our first cria was almost as exciting as the arrival
of each of our grandchildren. |
